67. ‘Paisley’
The Paisley patterns with natural motifs seem to have been in Celtic culture since BC. It was especially developed in the Kingdom of Kashmir in the 16th century, and was mass-produced and widely known in Paisley, a town in western Scotland in the 19th century. Later it was popular with The Beatles and hippies in the 60s, and with brand products like Retro in the 80s. I think that what makes people feel good is something that changes its shape and revives repeatedly.
